Relevant travel trade background and experience in day to day operations of a travel agency or tour operator.

To execute and monitor existing alliances and partnerships and most imp initiate new partnerships. Examples include-hotels, airlines, banks, retail, telecom, electronic media, web cafes, other strategic alliances.

Similar experience in airline or credit card industry, telecom, mobile player like Hutch or Airtel, media company Channel V, MTV, Star TV, Sony, insurance, retail, media-electronic or Print. Online experience not essential.

Design and manage online affiliate marketing programs - alliances, search engine marketing, e-campaign management, newsletters, e-mailers, online media spends on portals and other sites, mobile marketing, etc.

Relevant online marketing experience with online horizontals and sites like yahoo, rediff, msn or verticals like shaadi, naukri, monster, amazon or experience in strategy and planning in a media agency.

To set up data capture and reporting systems, implement personalisation tools, monitor quality and implementation across all customer contact touch points. Formulate and execute database marketing to current and prospective users.

Database marketing experience, either from direct marketing agencies, banks credit card companies, telecom, retail, insurance, or from companies like yahoo, Amazon, etc. Online experience preferred.

Handling accounts payable, reconciling of accounts, maintaining general accounting audits.

The candidate should be a B.COM and MBA (finance) with 3-4 years of experience. Experience within the travel industry will be strongly preferred.

Should have experience in accounting within the travel industry, dealing with relevant vendors

Writing copy for new promotions and offers for the site, setting writing guidelines, proofing and editing content for various sections of the site, especially itineraries and tour packages.

Should have an excellent command over English. Should be able to organize content, keeping the end user in perspective. A background in travel and online media would be beneficial. This is a full time position.
