  Can I make a booking over the phone?

  How do I make a booking for group travel?
  All group booking requests can be mailed to us at support@customerseva.com and we will revert to you within 24 hours. When looking for group bookings, we request you to please include as many details of your travel as possible, as number of adults and children traveling, preferred dates and destinations, budget, etc.

How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
  Whether a booking is made online or over the phone, a confirmation would be sent to you via e-mail, which would include your reservation number and travel details. Also you can take the printout of e-ticket just after the booking.

  Can I change my tickets after they are confirmed?
  While most of the operators allow tickets to be changes, a fee is applicable. Changes, however, depend on the operator terms &condition you’ve made your bookings on.

  Can I book tickets for senior citizens from the website?
  To avail of senior citizen’s discount, we would require the senior citizenship card. However, currently we do not offer this service.

  No, tickets cannot be booked for infants from the website.

  Yes, cancellation charges are applicable as per the operator you are booked on and the number of days prior to departure that you make the cancellation.

  Yes, the actual charges depend on the sectors of travel and the number of passengers. It will also depend on the number of days prior to departure that you make the change.

  What forms of payments can I use when making a booking?
  You can make online payments for bus tickets and car rentals using all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard.

  Are taxes included in the prices reflected on the site?
  Yes, prices of car rentals and bus tickets are inclusive of all taxes, levies, fees and surcharges, except those mentioned on the website.

  If I cancel my travel, how does Customer Seva refund me for tickets not utilized?
  Tickets once cancelled need to be endorsed by the operator. Refunds will not be done; a credit note will be issued to the customer which can be used for next booking and which will be valid for one year from the cancellation date.
